This is a great apartment with everything you need. It was well equipped, a comfortable bed, and really convenient to to get to a brewery with food, a pizza place, a small local grocer, and axe-throwing locale and a climbing gym without every hopping into a car. Also loved having access to the fitness center right down the hall. The area is very much up and coming so parts of it still feel a little rougher than others. But you are less than 5 minutes to downtown Greenville and to great amenities like Falls River Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The owners are great and do everything to assure a comfortable stay. They are very communicative. Be aware this is an interior, first floor apartment so there is not much in the way of outside lighting. That could be a plus or minus depending on your needs! Overall, this is a wonderful place and great living concept.

This place was really cool. It seemed newly renovated - so everything was very clean and new! It was a little tricky finding the “front” - if you end up at the “warehouse” you’re in the back! :) Sleeping: I wouldn’t say it sleeps 6. There is a king, a queen and a pullout futon/loveseat that is pretty uncomfy and can only fit 1. Fine for a teen or kid - but wouldn’t put an adult on it. Mattresses are on the firmer side but the bedding was to die for! super cozy.Master has plenty of room for a pack n play if needed! — the whole place stays very dark at night (no windows in the bedrooms and blackout curtains in the living room) - which we loved!8 minute drive to downtown Greenville.Check out “The Warehouse” and “The Annex” both are on the Lofts property and very cool places to walk to. We appreciated the coffee/creamer and sugar since we didn’t bring our own!! Would stay there again if needed! It was a really cool environment. Thank you!
