Villa LEMON TREE- Private Pool- Car not necessary

Relax in comfort and enjoy the lovely surrounds of the beautiful tropical garden with its own private pool.
The Lemon Tree is a seaside detached villa with a 3 minute flat walk to the Blue flag safe beach.. The two storey villa has 4 bedrooms, a lovely fully equipped kitchen a small lounge with 2 bathrooms/WC.
The villa can accommodate 8 quests plus a child as there is a cot available.
There are 4 bedrooms with 2 double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom located on the ground floor it has a double bed, 1 large wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets. And a mirror. Bedroom 2 is located upstairs. It has a double bed 2 bedside cabinets a chest of drawers a large wardrobe plus a wall mirror. Bedroom 3 is a twin room with 2 single beds, a chest of drawers plus a large wardrobe. All bedrooms have wall mirrors. Bedroom 4 is a single bedroom with a single bed that has a pull out bed that turns into a double bed.
All the bedrooms except bedroom 2 leads onto terraces. Where you will find a table and chairs to sit and view the lovely view of the famous White Mountains.
There are two terraces the ground floor bedroom leads onto one the two bedrooms upstairs lead onto the other terrace with beautiful Mountain View’s.
There is a flat screen TV with free WiFi connection in the lounge area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, Microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, fruit juicer, washing machine.
There is an outside terrace where you can have breakfast/lunch with an awning for shading if required.
There is also a Webber barbecue.
One of the many features is that make this villa exceptional is the private pool with parasols and sunbeds that you can lay in the sun if you don’t want to go to the beach.
The circular swimming pool is very inviting. You can cool off by sitting under the Lemon Tree or parasol with a cool drink. There is a selection of books in the kitchen for you to read.
The Lemon Tree is located a 100m to a mini market, grocery shop, bakers that sells delicious local cakes and amazing croissants, ice cream cafe, nail bar, hairdressers, pharmacy, ATMS, and many tavernas, cafes, and restaurants with fantastic sea views. All tavernas have home made dishes On their menus based on traditional recipes and local fresh produce.
There is also Venetian Chania old town( Well worth a visit) 30 minutes drive away from the villa. You can buy bus tickets from the local grocery store.
Chania international airport is a 35 km away from the villa and Heraklion international airport is 125km from the villa.
No need to pre book a taxi to the villa as there are many taxi’s lined up at the airport.
