About this villa rental
The Villa includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, private outdoor pool, barbecue area, pizza oven and various outdoor seating areas, amidst flowering gardens which weave around the property. These allow you to follow the sun or shade as desired.
The Villa is divided into a main house and an apartment. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
Main House
Arriving at the entrance to the Main House, there is a long covered terrace overlooking the garden, pool table and one of the outside dining spaces.
Upon entering the Main House, you will find an open plan space, consisting of kitchen, dining and living. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for your stay, including a washing machine. The dining space can accommodate six people. The living area consists of 2 comfortable sofas, a large flat screen TV and access to the L shaped terrace balcony, which has views over Almyrida and Souda Bay. The outdoor sofa is a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee, with the al fresco area perfect for breakfast.
Leading on from the main areas, along the hallway, you will locate the bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom has an en-suite shower room, king-size bed and a sea view balcony. The twin room has two single beds with a balcony over the garden. The single room and balcony has mountain views. And finally, the family bathroom with large vanity.
All the bedrooms have ample storage with floor to ceiling wardrobes and drawers.
Each room in the Main House has air conditioning, fly screens, ceiling fans and black out shutters.
Apartment
Located on the ground floor, so suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The cosy living space opens up as you enter the apartment via the sliding patio doors. A sofa, two armchairs and large flat screen TV, lead onto the dining kitchen, which is fully equipped for your stay. From the kitchen you can access the secluded courtyard, a perfect place to relax.
The triple bedroom leads off from the dining space. There is a large single bed, a double bed and ample storage space. The primary bedroom leads off the left side of the living room. With a super king-size bed, ample storage and patio doors over looking the pool. From the right side of the living space, you will see the spacious bathroom which also houses the washing machine.
The living space and primary bedroom benefit from air conditioning, whilst the triple bedroom has a ceiling fan. All windows and doors have fly screens and black out shutters.
The apartment benefits from opening up onto the outdoor patio area.
Outdoor Space
The al fresco outdoor entertaining space consists of a pizza oven, large barbecue area, dining area for all the family, a comfortable lounge area, all covered by a large pergola, with views to the White Mountains and the sea.
The swimming pool is 6 x 3.5 meters wide with 1.2 meters depth at the shallow end gradually increasing to 1.4 meters at the deeper end.
There are sun loungers, coffee tables and parasols to kick back and relax in the sunshine.
On the garden terrace, this is where you will find the pool table and a dining space with parasol.
The drive way can accommodate several vehicles, with another two vehicles under the shaded canopy. There are electric gates to the property and driveway.
