Welcome to Sparrow’s Nest! This recently renovated dream vacation home is tucked away in the pine trees at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Brewster. A short stroll from the property, you’ll discover the peaceful waters of Blueberry Pond. This quiet haven is perfect for launching a canoe and taking in the natural beauty of one of Cape Cod’s ancient kettle ponds. This home is centrally located to everything great that Brewster has to offer. It’s an easy drive to both Linnell Landing Beach on Cape Cod Bay, and 1,900 acres of unspoiled wilderness in Nickerson State Park that awaits your exploration. The Cape Cod Rail Trail, a popular bike path that extends 25 miles from Yarmouth to Wellfleet, is nearby as well.
When you walk through the front door, you are met with a gorgeous, newly renovated open concept layout. The brand new kitchen and dining room flow into the living room, where vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows bathe the space in light. There is built-in shelving filled with a library of books and dozens of vinyl records that together bring a touch of nostalgia to the room. The kitchen is well equipped with modern amenities and appliances, and the dining table has seating for your entire group.
