It's less than half a mile to beautiful Linnell Landing Beach on Cape Cod Bay! Nearby is Nickerson State Park with its numerous fresh water swimming ponds, nature trails and hiking paths. The paved Cape Cod Bike Trail is also very close and offers serene rides through the woods, meadows, bogs, and along fresh and salt water. The property is convenient to downtown Brewster and Orleans shops and restaurants. This is the perfect location to gather with family and friends!

The house was fine- felt odd to have to run out to get toilet paper. I feel that should be a basic in any house. All is was fine. I know fees are high for Cape Cod in the summer - this seemed a bit overpriced for the condition of the house.

Perfect location; walks to the Bay everyday!Nice open kitchen and living space. All five bedrooms had plenty of space. A lot of beach chairs for use as well as many other items. Big backyard with cozy fire pit. We won’t forget this vacation!!

Clean house with great spaces. Good beds and big closets. Plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards. The washer and dryer and dishwasher were great. The basement was moldy but we barely needed to go down there other than for laundry.

Could use a deep cleaning. Had to find linens and towels in alcoves of closets. Many requests to clean in house books even though we paid cleaning fee. Aside from this house is well appointed in a great area. We had a great time
