About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers you, in Lamballe-Armor, this charming 40 m² duplex flat with wifi, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with sofa, dining table and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen
- A bedroom with 2 single beds
- A bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Please note: the Jospinet apartment is part of a complex of several buildings known as Le Manoir de la ville Méen. This means that there are six units on the same property that can be rented individually or in groups: La Chapelle, La Perrière, Le Lourtuais, Le Portuais and l'Etochet.
It is also possible to rent the reception room from the owners; the room can only be rented with a minimum rental of 5 accommodations.

The house is ideally located in Lamballe-Armor, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you're coming by car, you can park directly in the outdoor car park shared by all tenants (15 vehicles).
