This beautifully remodeled Luxury home has been updated with all the best for your next lake vacation.

• Experience hotel-style comforts with modern amenities, walk-in showers, custom furnishings, new mattresses, and premium linens and towels.
• Enjoy a game of pool, sit by the fireplace or at one of the many lake-side fire pits, stream your favorite shows, or play the guitar!
• Ample parking in the garage (2) and huge driveway (6) for up to 8 vehicles or 6 with 2 boat trailers.
• Amazing private dock in a quiet cove with an available 12x30 boat slip and PWC slips, a wet bar with a full fridge and stereo, patio furniture, 3 kayaks, 2 SUPs, swim mat, water toys, and a private boat ramp on the property!

Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.
Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

This property is fabulous. The house, yard and boat dock are all amazing. We had a family of 15 and were all very comfortable. We were able to swim, fish and do all our watersports right off the dock which was amazing. Thanks for a great family vacation. Definitely a place we would rent again!!
