About this house rental
Lake front house located in Mill Creek Cove's deep water just off the Gravois Arm at the 5mm. Close to restaurants by land and water. Over 2800 square feet, 4 beds /3 baths and full size laundry. Two king bedrooms upstairs and one twin bunk room that sleeps 4. Two full upstairs bathrooms. Lower level queen bedroom with ensuite full bath shared with bunk area in walk out basement. Wake up to beautiful lake views and walk out to the deck or the concrete dock with high dive, play all day and relax watching beautiful Ozarks sunsets in our under deck hammocks. Lake view fire pit, paver patio area, and 'martini deck'. Boat slip for tritoon without lift and jet ski slip may be available for your stay. Dockside boat parking also available. Ample parking for vehicles. 4 night minimum stay. No bachelor or bachelorette parties. Renters must be 25 to rent. Dogs allowed with non-refundable fee. Wonderful lake house with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the dock for swimming and fishing. Several sizes of life jackets. Pack-n-play was great plus the kids used the board games and kayaks. Two washers and dryers was helpful. Everyone from the youngest to oldest had a great time.

The property was exceptional. We loved all of the outdoor seating options and different areas where everyone could be together or gather in smaller groups. The dock, lilly pad and kayaks were a great bonus. The owner told us about Lake Toons and they delivered and picked up a pontoon we rented. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. If we were to head to the lake again with a large group we would definitely return to this house.
