Do you want to spend an unforgettable holiday in South Corsica in a quiet villa with a magnificent view of the sea?
Come and discover the garden level apartment of the villa Casa Storcki, perched on a hill in a residential area of Bastelicaccia.
Ideally located for a quiet holiday with family or friends, Bastelicaccia is a village located 20 minutes from the centre of Ajaccio, 10 minutes from its airport and 15 minutes from the port. It is 5 minutes from Porticcio, a very lively seaside resort and close to the most beautiful beaches of the South Bank. In the village you will find all amenities (restaurants, mini-market, bakery, butcher, caterer, gas station with charging station, medical centre, etc.).
The garden level apartment of the villa Casa Storcki, a new construction with all modern comforts and fully air-conditioned, has capacity for 5 people and can go up to 7.
Upstairs, is the top of the villa which can be rented separately or with the apartment. The 2 accommodations are totally independent to preserve privacy.

MANDATORY CLEANING FEE: 70 euros to be paid on site on arrival

In July and August, arrivals are only on Saturdays from 4pm and departures at 10am maximum. Weekly rental.
Outside this period, arrivals/departures are possible every day, identical schedule with a minimum of 3 nights.

This apartment is composed of a living room with open equipped kitchen, a pantry, a bathroom with sink and shower (140x90), a separate toilet and 2 bedrooms with cupboards (1 queen size bed and 1 bunk bed 140x190/90x190) and a beautiful covered terrace of 19m2 with sea view.
A dishwasher and a washing machine are available in the kitchen.
It is possible to accommodate 2 additional people on the sofa bed in the living room (with supplement).

You can also practice pointing (or shooting) on the petanque court. This area is accessible to travelers from the top of the villa.
For your comfort and to lighten your luggage, bed, bathroom and household linen are PROVIDED and the end-of-stay cleaning package is mandatory.
Board and beach games are at your disposal.
WIFI throughout the villa.
On request, we provide free baby equipment (folding bed, high chair).
A book with good plans for outings awaits you.
Capacity to park 1 car inside the property.
