Located in the heart of the Fangu Valley, classified as a world biosphere reserve by UNESCO and at the gateway to the Scandola reserve, the 3-star Candella Residence offers you an 80 m² apartment with a 25 m² covered terrace on the first floor, new, modern, comfortable, air-conditioned in the living room and bedrooms, fully equipped with free wifi access, ping-pong table, bowling green and above all, very quiet with a heated swimming pool (10 m * 4.5 m).
It consists of a living room with flat screen TV 125 cm with tnt, foreign channels and Netflix, free wifi access, dining room with open kitchen fully equipped : (refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, hood, microwave, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine), three bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, 82 cm television and mosquito nets including 2 bedrooms with 1 bed in 160 and 1 bedroom with 2 beds in 90, 2 bathrooms with Italian shower including 1 with toilet and a separate toilet and a gas barbecue to make good grilled.
At only 1 km from the Fangu river with its red rocks, its fresh, clear and warm water, and its little corners of paradise where you can bathe in complete peace.
At 5 km from the village of Galeria, the shops and the beaches.
For those who love walking, a walk in the fresh air in the Piriu forest with its hundred-year-old holm oaks, the paths of Tra Mare è Monti or one of the paths passing in front of the property will lead you to various beautiful places and also to Girolata inaccessible by car.
Possibility of scuba diving, sea walks in the Scandola reserve, canoeing in the Fangu delta, boat rental with or without a license, horseback riding, adventure courses and tyrolean traverse in the Calvi pine forest and also visit the Citadel of Calvi, the wine estates of the region and be able to attend concerts of Corsican songs.
Nearby is located the restaurant Ponte Vecchiu where you can taste Corsican meat cooked in the wood fire as well as the farm pork-butchery the whole resulting from the exploitation of the owner as well as delicious desserts containing flour of chestnut and brocciu.
Reservation conditions:
Sending of a rental contract to be signed.
30% of the amount of the stay at the reservation.
The balance will be paid 14 days before arrival.
The rental is from Saturday arrival 5:00 pm to Saturday departure 9:00 am. Earlier or later arrival on request.
Extra charge of 100 € for the 5th person.
Services offered :
- Linen rental per person (sheets, towels and bath mats)
- Kitchen towels are not provided
- Cleaning at the end of the week 100 € + 20 € for the barbecue
- Bed and baby chair 15 € per week
Deposit : 300 € to be paid on the spot and returned at the end of the stay if no damage is noticed
