Shower room and toilet in natural stone. Comfortable kitchen, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 fridges and a freezer, microwave, mini-oven, espresso coffee machine. A master bedroom on the first floor. Two unenclosed lower bedrooms in the mezzanine. Large double bed in living room facing television and fireplace.
Fully air-conditioned house. Smoke and monoxide detectors.

Wooded and enclosed land 1500 m2, Large parking for 4 cars and more, entrance to dry stone walls with remote-controlled gate. Barbecue. Outdoor furniture with parasol, tables, chairs, bench and relax armchairs. Mandatory anti-covid cleaning 60 € payable at the reception.
Port of Sagone at the bottom of the Résidence Plein Soleil. Beaches and all shops nearby. Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.

Jean-Pierre's cleverly and functionally renovated stone house is particularly impressive due to its fantastic location. The view of the sea and the hills is exceptional! The house also makes a great base for exploring the west coast and the mountains. Inside, everything you need is there. It's small, simple, and cozy, yet lacks no amenities and comfortably sleeps five people. The kitchen and other amenities are fully equipped. Communication with Jean-Pierre was clear and straightforward. Check-in and check-out were smooth thanks to the key box. We had a fantastic time in Sagone!

Small house with enough space for up to 5 people in nearly lonesome area. Great sea view from the terrace including sundown. House has everything you need. Thanks for making a great time for us possible.
