This is a really sweet little house. The furnishings are comfortable and pleasing. My only suggestion is that it is made clear in the write up that there is no air conditioning on the top floor which has two bedrooms. The downstairs has a window air conditioner which is ample. Lots of fans available. It was very quiet in a comfortable neighborhood and easy access to the Menominee Marina.

We were in Marinette to celebrate my mothers 100th birthday. The house was comfortable, clean and accommodating for my adult children and me. We would stay there again.
