House is beautiful and views are incredible. We were there in March 2026 and there were 5 of us, 60 years of age. Savannah was short drive away and not hard to get around. Short walk to the beach. We paid to have the pool heated and there were lounge chairs to use. Had dinner at two restaurants in Tybee Island that were very good - The Deck and Pier 16. The screened porch on the 2nd floor off the two front bedrooms is very nice. Deck and furniture on the 3rd floor deck was very nice as well. Lovely and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was fully equipped except there were no dish drying towels. The elevator was nice to have/use. We had to make 3 requests while we were there and 2 of them were answered very well and in a timely manner. The 3rd was a request for dish drying towels that did not come. We would stay there again.

The property was clean and spacious. Their was plenty of room for our group. The elevator was nice to have too. A great location, close to the beach. The view spectacular. We loved watching the ships going by on the ocean. I would definitely stay their again.

The fact that many reviews mentioned an elevator was misleading because when we arrived we found the elevator doors were screwed shut and made the stay very difficult. I felt this was not as adverised and made the stay extremely over priced. The design of the house being 3 stories with 29 steps is not fun. Specifically because the kitchen, dining room, and living room are all on the third floor and all groceries must be carried up two stories. The pool is so small it is useless. It should not be advertised as one...nor should it be advertised as a hot tub because it is a poor example of either. It also was in need of cleaning when we arrived. The property is in a prime location for views of the ocean but I would not rent it again because of the floor plan of the house and no elevator. It was not the experience we paid for.
