Unit is well laid out, spacious and close to the beach and local activities. Pool is private, well maintained and fun. Elevator is very convenient for my disabled family member and for loading luggage/provisions to the various floors. Kitchen is fully stocked with bakeware, utensils, cups, paper towels, and soaps. Balconies come complete with patio furniture.
You need to check in/out and pick up/drop off the keys at the separate hotel property a few minutes drive away. The unit was mostly in good shape, but there is some deferred maintenance that should be addressed (e.g., the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath had no power, there is water damage to the front bedroom ceilings, and popped nails protruding from some of the stairs. Linens and furniture were clean, but decor and walls need dusting. Some of the furniture is showing it’s age such as the dining room chairs.

There was plenty of space for the whole family. The elevator was great for family members with health issues. We were near the beach and could see the ocean. Everyone had access to bathrooms. The private pool was great. Everyone had their own room with TVs. The balconies were nice to have on each floor. It was nice to have a washer and dryer.
The toilets were low and could use a lift. The beach was a little farther than we were anticipating.

The house could use a decent can opener and a mop and broom. The table and chairs on porch are rotting and pieces are all over with no way to sweep them up. Could use a few more blankets and pillows. The house was very clean and set up great. We enjoyed our stay and the elevator was a god send for me. Sandra Smith
