Unbeatable Location Just Steps to the Beach: Ideally situated on a private lot just the second house from the beach, Ebbtide allows you to stroll to the sand in seconds. Located in the heart of mid-island Tybee, it offers convenient access to local shops, restaurants, and coastal adventures.
Spacious Layout for Groups & Families: The top floor of Ebbtide features the main living space, along with five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, providing plenty of room to relax and reconnect. The ground level includes two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for guests needing extra privacy. Step into the expansive, glassed-in sun porch, offering even more gathering space with multiple seating areas, a dining table for 6, an additional sleeper sofa, and another TV—a favorite hangout spot for guests of all ages.
Coastal Style Meets Modern Comfort: The renovated kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, while retaining its cottage-style charm. The open-concept living and dining area seats 8 and includes a cozy fireplace and flat-screen TV—a perfect space for family movie nights or post-beach relaxation.
Outdoor Living & Relaxation: Downstairs, enjoy a shaded garden-view patio complete with gliders, swings, a picnic table, and a gas grill—the ultimate spot for grilling out and enjoying the island breeze. The property also includes a laundry room with two washers and dryers.
