Glynllifon 1, a ground floor apartment, consists of an open-plan living area with a dining table seating four, electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a sitting area with a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a single serviced by a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, off-road parking for one car, and EV charging. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
