The location was amazing and we loved the outside space hot tub, BBQ and cinema room. Chris the host was very responsive to any queries we had.
The property looked a bit tired and would really benefit from a little bit of tlc. Some of the kitchen wear wasn’t very clean and the kitchen would benefit from more glasses, bowls, plates etc. More garden furniture and seating for the lawn area would be great. Also a useful addition would be a welcome folder with useful information instructions etc.

Keys were in an easy to find & access lock box. We arrived a few minutes early & met the hosts family who were really welcoming & friendly .
We were happy with everything especially after a review had put a few worries there but for us all it had everything .

The house was comfortable, large with plenty of space, clean, our pooch loved the large garden. The welcome pack was a nice touch.
A few things were a little tired, which I suppose is to be expected with the amount of different people who stay there and the quick turn around of guests. A few things didn't work, like the hot tub, the jukebox and gym equipment, we couldn't get the cinema to work either but that might be our inability. There was a room full of dvds but no dvd player. I mean non of this affected our stay to be honest.

Large rooms. Plenty of space for 8 adults of all ages . Great location wirh a costal walk to the beach which only took about 15minutes. Lively garden, cinema too teenagers loved. Mud room was brilliant
Main Bathroom shower mouldy, needs re grouting. Light in bathroom not working, light in bedroom downstairs flickering. Downstairs bathroom and a kitchen window wouldnt lock shut handles broken. Although have a couch which turns into a bed ita very uncomfortable. In the games room pool table poor quality, juke box not working. Took cushions from sofa in main lounge due to lost phone and it was filthy dirty. Hit tub took shes to warm with no instructions.
Could do with an instruction manual for cooker, hot tube recycle bins etc
