A lovely, spacious and well appointed property in a great location.
The outdoor area hadn't been cleaned and needs some TLC (e.g., decking needs jet washing and repainting). The master bedroom needs a mirror, I appreciate there is one in the bathroom, but there are no plug sockets in there so was unable to dry and style my hair in there. The wifi information in the guest literature is also wrong, everything else was great.

Excellent variety of toys for children to play with.. Every age catered for. Very thoughtful touch. Great games room. Very clean, tidy and spacious. Lovely veranda and sun loungers at the back
Personally thought the bed in the master bedroom was a bit uncomfortable. Seemed to tilt downwards each side

Easy to collect keys. Clean and well maintained house. Back of the house with nice patio/decking and separate game room. WiFi- excellent. Child friendly - enough for 2 families with kids.
Be aware there is one parking spot at the front of garage at the back of the house with narrow road to go to so if you travel with big SUV it may be challenging, neighbour's barking dog at 6.00 at the morning- well for not long but enough to not come back to sleep. Quite a trek to the beach -more than a mile so you need to go on the car if you are with young children.
