Located 800 meters from the village of Cabrières-d’Avignon, in the heart of Provence, in a premium residential area, we offer this magnificent 225 m² property on a 2,500 m² plot that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

The entrance opens onto a living room and its adjoining boudoir, both tastefully decorated. A beautiful, fully equipped Provençal kitchen expands the living space: professional oven, induction hob, American-style refrigerator, and dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room. The summer dining room is complemented by a separate indoor dining area.
La Chaleureuse comprises four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 3 toilets.
- Master bedroom: queen-size bed (160 cm) + shower room
- Bedrooms 2 and 3: queen-size beds (160 cm and 140 cm)
- Bedroom 4: sofa bed
- Bathroom + separate shower and toilet
