Located in the commune of the famous hilltop village of Gordes, this 198 m² family villa combines comfort, elegance and conviviality, offering an ideal setting for a holiday in Provence.

The interior has been designed to promote relaxation and shared moments. The main living space includes a fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room with television, perfect for family gatherings. A second, bright living room opens directly onto the pool, facilitating access to the outdoors.
The villa has four air-conditioned bedrooms, spread over two levels, for up to 8 adults and 2 children.
First floor
• Bedroom 1 (lower first floor): queen size bed (160 x 200) and en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
• Bedroom 2 (upper first floor): queen size bed (160 x 200) with en-suite shower room including shower, sink and toilet.

• Bedroom 3: queen size bed (160 x 200) or two single beds (80 x 200), with two bunk beds for children.
• Bedroom 4: queen size bed (160 x 200) or two single beds (80 x 200).
• Shared bathroom with bathtub, sink and separate toilet for bedrooms 3 and 4.
Each room is decorated with warm tones and neat finishes, offering an intimate and soothing space for all occupants.
Outdoor & Leisure
The villa's large garden offers a unique Provencal experience. A petanque court and a swing allow young and old to enjoy fun moments in the open air.
The heated swimming pool (€300 extra for heating) of 12 x 6 meters, equipped with an electric shutter for safety, is surrounded by comfortable deckchairs, installed in the middle of the pine forest for a natural and relaxing setting. With its two terraces, the house offers two places to have meals, either facing the pool or facing the garden. Garden furniture create an ideal setting for afternoons in the sun, with a breathtaking view of the village of Gordes in the distance.
