The house consists on the ground floor of an open space with living room, fireplace, dining room, an open kitchen fully equipped, a laundry room.
A first bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200), a private bathroom (walk-in shower), TV.

The floor consists of 4 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: a king size bed (180×200), TV.
- Bedroom 2: a queen size bed (160×200 ) and an adjoining bathroom with shower and WC. TV
- Bedroom 3: a queen size bed (160×200) and an adjoining bathroom with shower and WC. TV
