The Manslagt vacation rental, which is integrated into a restored Gulfhof (Uplewarder Grashaus), is situated in a completely secluded location in the municipality of Krummhörn, just about 1,000 meters from the dike and therefore very close to the coast. Right next door is the Campen Lighthouse, the tallest lighthouse in Germany. Bicycle trails wind through the entire municipality, and the seemingly endless expanse of East Frisia begins right outside the door...
The Manslagt vacation rental is an attic apartment (77 square meters plus 23 square meters of usable space with sloped ceilings), which was built in 2017 as a new addition to the Gulfhof (Uplewarder Grashaus).
The highlight is a loggia adjoining the living area, where you can fully enjoy the fresh North Sea air.
The apartment has two sleeping areas and offers ample space and comfort for four people.
The apartment’s amenities leave little to be desired.
These include:
- Kitchen (with oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Thermomix, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and much more)
- 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people (the double bed has an open foot end)

The Manslagt non-smoking vacation apartment is an attic apartment (77 square meters plus 23 square meters of sloped ceiling space as usable area)
You’ll find a large living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms, a spacious shower room, and a storage room integrated into the apartment. The living area is extended by a loggia built into the roof, from which you can enjoy the expansive views of East Frisia. The apartment faces north, allowing you to enjoy the sun both in the morning and in the evening.
The apartment does not overheat even in very hot summer temperatures and is always pleasantly lit thanks to the numerous windows. The apartment’s amenities leave little to be desired.
