This stylish place is two floors that can be separate, or combined for versatility in privacy. The first floor has a full kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and a living area. The second floor has 2 bedroom, full bathroom, a bit more than a kitchenette, with cute sized living area.
There is ample amount of street parking in front of the house that has no regulation, can park 24/7, which is unheard of this close proximity to JFK, truly rare. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet

This stylish place is two floors that can be separate, or combined for versatility in privacy. The first floor has a full kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and a living area. The second floor has 2 bedroom, full bathroom, a bit more than a kitchenette, with cute sized living area.
There is ample amount of street parking in front of the house that has no regulation, can park 24/7, which is unheard of this close proximity to JFK, truly rare. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.
Our home is situated 1-3 min away from three major highways for convenient travel to anywhere you want to drive to, Southern State Parkway (Travel East across southern Long Island for beaches and Hamptons), Belt Parkway (to JFK or Brooklyn), Cross Island Parkway (to Grand Central Parkway or LIE).
The space is on the ground floor and second floor (each have 2 Queen sized bedrooms) a total of 4 queen size beds. The lamp includes a USBC, reg USB, and outlet output to help charge your devices.
The master bedroom and living room have a 55” TV on each floor (a total of four TV's) where you can use many apps like Netflix, Amazon Video Prime etc. We have gigabit connection which provides the fastest speeds up-to 600Mbps download.
We provide few games: Chess, Checkers, Jenga, Cards, Cards against humanity (Also, family edition) in case you need to keep someone or yourself entertained.
Our house is clean because we have a Shoes off policy, to ensure we maintain a clean environment for guests.
We provide plates, bowls, utensils, kitchen utensils, pot, frying pan. Most of the space was renovated in 2024, so most of it is new. If there is anything missing when you check in, let us know there are many things that can be shipped to the door by next morning via Amazon.
