About this house rental
One of the nicest homes available in the prestigious Formosa Garden Estates, a gated community just minutes to Disney and just over 1 mile to the Hwy 192 Resort Area. Available to the most discerning guests looking for a truly exquisite vacation rental. Located at the end of a quiet Cul-De-Sac and boasting over 6500 SqFt of luxurious living space.
With parking for at least 6 cars, this custom designed home will be perfect for multiple families sleeping up to 18 guests. There are 8 Bedrooms, 7 of which have their own en-suite full bathrooms. The 8the bedroom ( Dragons Den ) has 2 queen beds and the 8th full bathroom right outside the door. 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor along with the massive landing area with professional slate bed pool table and doors leading out to the covered balcony overlooking the screened in outside pool area. The remaining 4 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with two living areas, dining area, breakfast nook and leading to the theater room with cinema seating for 9 people.
There is a luxury kitchen with gas stove, large double door refrigerator, wine chiller and separate laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 gas dryers. Two of the ground floor bedrooms have direct access to the oversize pool deck and private gas heated pool/spa with twin waterfalls. Please note gas pool/spa heating is charged separately. There is an outdoor kitchen area with a gas BBQ grill available for your use. The pool deck is completely private and not overlooked at all.
The home has high speed WiFi throughout the property with extended mesh network and a number of Amazon Echo Show devices available. The home has the benefit of two separate A/C systems, one for each floor.

This home was a wonderful stay for our trip to Orlando. We went to both Disney and Universal and it was a perfectly short drive to each. The host, Dee, was incredibly helpful, kind and quick to reply. We had a specific request ahead of time that she promptly and happily accommodated. We would stay here again any time coming to Orlando, and are very grateful we found this home.

The home exceeded our expectations on every level. Website was extremely accurate on the home showing exactly what you were getting. 8 of us (golfers) spent many hours in the pool, hot tub and playing with the big chess board out back after our golf. Great location to everything you need including the courses. The property manager was fantastic in keeping in touch before and during our stay. This is the place to stay if you wanna be spoiled while in the area!

The pool area was beautiful but pool was hard to keep clean due to trees near the pool and the seeds and leaves etc falling, hot tub is very loud. House was beautiful but definitely needs work. We had issue with cleanliness and had mouse/mice while we stayed there.
