House was great for our large family vacation. Pool heater wasn’t working properly during our stay and communication was spotty trying to get it working. Unfortunately it only worked one day but host did refund the fee. Would have thought for the fee/night there would’ve been a spare roll of toilet paper in each bathroom but there wasn’t nor was it clearly stated only one roll was provided per bathroom. Same went for trash bag and paper towel roll. Not a big deal just wish it was better explained in pre arrival details. All around great house! Family had an amazing time!

We were a party of 10: myself(grandma), my children and spouses and four grandchildren. After reading some of the reviews, I had lowered my expectations. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. There were plenty of dishes, pots, and pans, silverware, etc. The kids loved the themed rooms. We opted for the heated pool. After a couple days, we noticed the water was turning cooler. I called to report it and there was someone there literally within five minutes. Typical time to drive to Disney was 15 to 20 minutes. The only criticism I can think of is that the waterpark on site closes at 5 o’clock, so if you’re spending the day at Disney, you won’t be able to take advantage of the beautiful waterpark. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed the house and would not hesitate to rent it again.

Our host was responsive when I messaged them. However, I was disappointed in a few things:1. There weren't any putters for the mini golf2. There was only 1 wine glass in the whole house3. There wasn't enough silverware for the number of people the house accomodates4. The trashcan was broken and honestly it was a hazard5. There wasn't a grill6. There was no tupperware7. I paid 200 for the pool to be heated and it only worked sometimes. We had to message the host almost every day to have someone come out and fix the pool/hot tub heat.Overall, it was a nice house but someone needs to come in and replace the basic necessities.
