I have nothing but GREAT things to say! First of all, Andrienne was so helpful and made everything so easy! She always responded right away to my emails! Second of all, the house was exactly what the pictures showed and so much more! The house was clean and comfortable! The pool was clean and was warmed up for us on arrival. The children were able to jump right in! Third of all, it was so affordable! We will definitely remember this house and Sunny Stay for future stays! Thank you again to Andrienne and VRBO!

Communication was great. Beds a little stiff and the door alarm for the pool needs to be fixed on the outside. The showers scream when you use them. Pictures could be updated. Pool was great!

The host was always helpful and responded almost immediately to all questions. The home is impeccably clean and well organized. Our well behaved dog was welcomed. The area is gated, extremely safe, and peaceful. Grandkids loved the pool area and themed bedrooms. Highly recommended!

Overall the place and location were nice. There were plenty of bedrooms and places to spread out. The game room with movie theater seats was a big hit. The heated pool was great with plenty of outdoor seating.
Some things to note:
There were small ants all over the house. The property management company was very responsive.
The blue bedroom downstairs smells musty/moldy and the carpet has stains all over it.
The silverware drawer in the kitchen is broken- Probably better to move the silverware to a drawer that works correctly.
The pans are warped and very difficult to cook with.
The hot tub water went down 8 inches when the jets were on.
The cameras outside by the pool were disturbing. We have stayed in many places and have never had cameras at the pool where people (including small children) are not dressed fully.
We had a very nice time there. Overall we would give it 4 out of 5 stars.
