Completely renovated apartment! We are pleased to announce that all reported issues have been completely resolved.
This 2-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of an elegant building. It has been completely renovated, equipped, tastefully decorated in a contemporary spirit and organized as a duplex. The main level consists of a spacious family room lit by a large window, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms separated by a glass partition. They are both equipped with a high quality king-size bed with premium linens. The modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower and the toilet is separate.
A secure staircase leads into a comfortable living room, equipped with a sofa bed, TV and table football. A beautiful place to relax and sleep peacefully. A laundry room shared with another apartment is at your disposal (washing machine and dryer).
Note that there is only one window in this apartment and that ventilation goes through a VMC system.

Il offre un emplacement central dans le quartier de Saint Germain des prés et de Montparnasse, devenu célèbre avec Simone de Beauvoir et Jean-Paul Sartre, deux philosophes qui ont marqué la pensée intellectuelle en fondant le courant existentialiste. Ils vivaient dans le quartier, arpentant les cafés et les rues de la rive gauche. Une place devant l'église de Saint-Germain-des-Prés porte le nom de (Sartre-Beauvoir). Ce couple mythique s'est réuni dans les cafés de Saint Germain des Prés et de Montparnasse pour développer leurs idées. Café de Flore, Les 2 magots, La Closerie des Lilas. Il continue aujourd'hui d'attirer tout Paris.

We stayed for 3 nights over a long weekend as a group of 6 and it exceeded our expectations. Perfect location, easy access to public transport, groceries and restaurants.

Great Flat, peculiar set up of Bedrooms, with Floor to Ceiling Glass Doors and Curtains to keep your privacy. Its perfect for a short term stay. We stayed here on business and enjoyed the proximity not just to the Office but the Bars and Restaurants nearby. In the Cellar of the apartment there is a Lounge Area which is accessible from Spiral stairs, so not good for people with Mobility issues, but fine for us. Down there, there is a TV and Fussball game. Nice Location at the rear of the building so that a very busy Front street does not give any noise pollution at all.

If you like the smell of cat litter-and musty basement then this is the place for you … beds comfy and in a great location.. they provided 2 rolls of TP for 4 people which were gone in 2 days .. had to use the the McDonald’s napkins that were provided with the kids happy meals , which is convenient because it was next door … many places to eat in the neighbourhood… it did the job for three days we were there …
