Very nice apartment of 80 m2 located on the 2nd floor of the building with elevator.
The accommodation, spacious, consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two bunk beds and a cot. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed, which is very comfortable. The accommodation has a spiral staircase.
The terrace of 10m2, with view on Montparnasse is arranged and allows you to make a dinner with the electric barbecue
Small air conditioning is available in the living room upstairs for your comfort.
The metro is not far so sometimes you can hear it.
In the home sanitary issues are top priority. Below are details of the measures we implemented for every guest in the house to make travel safer :
The cleaning agent in charge of preparing the flat for your arrival will be fully protected by masks and gloves during his entire task.
Covid-19 fighting products (EN 14476) will be used to clean the apartment with a specific care of surfaces, keys, doorknobs and switches
Linen will be provided by professional that use industrial machine at high temperature
