Your holiday rental includes, on the ground floor: - Living room/kitchen with wood-burning stove, - 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm), shower room with washbasin and shower, separate toilet. Upstairs: - 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190cm), - 1 bedroom (1 single bed 90x190cm), - Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Outside: Private paved terrace of 20m² facing southeast, private courtyard of 70m² at the rear of the cottage (parking area), and a pétanque court available on the hillside overlooking the valley. Table tennis and badminton equipment are also available. The cottage is attached to the owners' house but has a completely separate entrance. You'll quickly fall under the spell of this charming Breton house in the Frémur River valley, which boasts a superb location: within 15 km, you can reach both the resorts of Pléneuf-Val-André and Saint-Cast-le-Guildo! This delightful gîte, adjoining the owners' residence with its own private entrance, offers quality amenities and is an ideal base for exploring all the beauty of the Emerald Coast and the Penthièvre Coast. The other seaside resorts of Les Sables d'Or and Erquy, with their fine sandy beaches and numerous activities, are sure to captivate you as well. Don't miss the many tourist attractions such as Fort La Latte, Château de la Hunaudaye, Cap Fréhel, and Saint-Malo...
