Beautifully designed: original artwork, stylish re-claimed furnishings, Saltillo tile, tongue-and-groove wood ceilings, wrap-around sunlit windows looking onto a 3 tier deck anchored by a majestic oak with a private wooded backyard.
Guests will appreciate the thoughtful layout and privacy for this 3BR/2BA home.
• 1st queen bedroom is off the foyer with direct access to our patio/deck.
• 2nd queen bedroom is on the mid-level, this then descends into an open-concept living space/kitchen.
• 3rd is the spacious king bedroom on the bottom level that includes a sitting room and ensuite full bath.
Each room has ceiling fan, extra pillows & blankets, dresser/credenza and clothes closet.
Smoking and vaping allowed, but ONLY OUTSIDE on the DECK.
Ready to relax? Enjoy our 1 gig Google Fiber wifi, Samsung Smart TV, Netflix/Prime/Apple TV, and a variety of board games and yoga mat.
COOKING:
Release your inner chef in our fully-equipped galley kitchen and desired appliances.

This is a multi-level descending single-story home. There are 4 levels from the entrance to the Master bedroom. There are 2 steps with landing and handrails between each of these levels. Master bedroom has five steps with handrail.
Due to liability concerns, the fireplace is not operational.

Very comfy and well appointed house for our family’s weekend stay in Austin. We especially appreciated the detailed instructions located around the house. Great place to stay!

My husband, elderly mother- in- law, and siblings- in- law stayed at this home. It was perfect for our needs. There were a few steps throughout the house, but each location had handrails, which worked wonderfully for my MIL. The home was clean, well stocked, and absolutely beautiful! The host was very responsive with questions we had. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
