This is your perfect place to spend some time in the mountains.
Mountainside is a quiet complex situated 5 blocks south of Frisco's Main Street. It's an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants that downtown has to offer. Mountainside borders the National Forest, Ten Mile Recreation Trail, the Blue River bike path; access hiking, cross country skiing, and recreation trails in just 200 yards.
This condo is an end unit with windows to allow ample natural light. (Most Mountainside units are interior with less light and fewer windows. The condo features 1 bedroom down and 1 loft upstairs with an en-suite, each with a queen-sized bed. The condo has all of the necessities for your stay, including a well-supplied kitchen, bathroom essentials, pool towels, and plenty of seating. You will have amazing views of Mt. Royal and Ten-mile Peak right out the door.
The clubhouse - featuring 3 massive hot tubs, sauna, steam room, heated indoor pool, indoor hot tub, racquetball, tennis courts, volleyball court, grills, workout room, and laundry facilities – all are available.
Great views, great location, great amenities, and updated furnishings for you to truly enjoy your stay in Summit County! There is one underground parking spot, and plenty of uncovered parking.
Pets and smoking are NOT allowed in this property.
There is no air conditioning, but the mountains are typically cool during summer months. We have table fans if needed.

The condo was clean, and the VRBO pictures accurately reflect what's inside. It's well-provisioned and has convenient (and ample) parking. The property manager was quick to respond to a couple of emails we sent. A good value for sure, and we'll certainly look for the condo again when we find ourselves in Frisco.
