The condo was fully stocked with everything you would need in every room. The bonus was having a washer and dryer. We walked to downtown every day and took the free shuttle to Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. We had a great experience and highly recommend you to stay here too.

Very convenient location for skiing at Copper Mountain. Close to town and property has available parking. 3 large beds pull-out couch are convenient. Well-stocked kitchen. Could do with better lighting however (lamp in the living room has obnoxious bright LED lights). The fireplace is broken, did not know until after booking. If lighting and fireplace were fixed, would be quite cozy.

Place was clean, some nice new upgrades.We slept terrible due to host installing a temperature gauge that would set off an alarm every time the outside temp read zero degrees. No instructions to us about this or how to disable it.Easy enough fix, but what bothered me was after bringing this to his attention (2nights of bad sleep because of something he set up), his response was simply “I’ll disable it”. Basic courtesy and customer service would suggest a simple apology. That can go a long way in the short-term rental business. His place is a dime a dozen in Summit County….i would encourage others to avoid this type of shotty service.

First of all the property owner was beyond amazing to work with. There was an issue with our reservation which Glenn patiently helped us sort out, wish there were more than 5 stars. Location is amazing and super close to the perfect trail.

The condo is comfortable for 4 adults. The heating system works great, you will not be cold. The one thing folks should know is there are a lot of stairs, if you struggle with mobility issues this location might be a little tough. Glenn was very responsive when we texted with questions and concerns and followed up with us right away.

Great location for a home base to access several resorts. Property was very comfortable and well stocked. Tons of movie app subscriptions to watch all sorts of shows. Couldn't figure out how to watch live football playoff games but that could be on me. Luckily the location is easily walkable to tons or restaurants and bars.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The property was so clean and comfortable, and location made everything very convenient. Just a 5 minute walk to everything! Glenn was easy to get a hold of and quick with responses for any questions. The instructions were clear and made everything flow smooth - condo was easy to find/access with fantastic parking. Parked the car and didn't use it again until we left. Biked everywhere: main st, the marina, adventure park. Beds very comfortable. Only feedback is the unit dark, more lighting would help brighten the space.

The unit is as pictured. Plenty of room for our family of 4, including 2 kids (16 and 18). They had a ton of condiments, tea, spices, plastic wrap, plastic bags, etc. in the fridge and cabinets that were a lovey surprise not to have to purchase. We made breakfast every morning of our stay and the kitchen served us well. The apartment is within walking to main street. There is a couple of great trails within walking distance as well. We missed seeing a moose on one of the trails by 15 minutes. Note: there are quite a few steps to get up to the door of the building and then the unit is on the 2nd floor. Wasn't an issue for our family but should be considered if you have mobility issues. Very quite neighborhood and never heard any noise from any in the building. Loved staying in the quaint town of Frisco. Would highy recommend.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Glenn's place in Frisco. The location was perfect for our ski weekend (we went to Keystone, Breck, and Copper - all were 20 min or less drive), and we enjoyed the short walk to Main St in Frisco as well. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is very nice and obviously newly renovated. HOT shower perfect for a return from the slopes. Kitchen was older but well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. I slept in the largest bunk bed I've ever laid my eyes upon. Mattress was just okay - a bit soft for me. My friend said the bed in the bedroom was pretty comfortable though. The TV and internet worked great, and we took advantage of the cards and board games in the condo at night. Check-in/out were easy with the coded lock. Overall, great place and would definitely recommend it for a Frisco stay.
