And guests at Mountainside Powderview Condo have full access to the Mountainside Club House’s indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, racquetball court and outdoor tennis court. You and your group will love this place!
This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo works perfectly for small families and groups up to four. The living room features a large flat-screen TV for relaxing and enjoying the game – or catching the morning snow report. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep everyone happy and fed. There’s seating for four at the counter. Step outside onto the deck to take in the crisp mountain air with your morning coffee or apres-ski glass of wine.
There’s parking for two vehicles: one in the underground garage and one in the lot outside. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Everything was great. Easy access with ket pad entry, Condo was clean, spacious for 4 adults, clubhouse a great bonus, really enjoyed the 3 large outdoor hot tubs after a day of skiing.
