appartement Paris 8

I loved this apartment. it is spacious enough and has got everything you need inside. kitchen stuff is very complete they even have different seasonings. The whole place is so cute. It is very clean. The location is superb, it is walking distance to a lot of places that you want to see in Paris if you are first time in Paris. I didn't take metro at all and walked the most of the time. I used to live in Paris in the past, I know how good this location is. there are a few convenience stores near by. The host was super generous, they let me check in earlier and and also allowed me to check out late without any addtional charge of course without another guest checking in when I was leaving. It was just a beautiful stay! I would stay there again when I return next time to Paris

Appartement NON CLIMATISE, juste un petit ventilateur. Bien que la journée était agréable, 26°, la nuit était qd même chaude dans l'appartement. A FUIRE EN ETE....

Es sind ca. 8 Minuten von der Metro, wenn man einmal den Weg weiss von der Stadion Madeleine ist es leichter zu finden. Der Weg zur Stadion Concorde ist kürzer. Es ist sicher in der Gegend, da Botschaften dort sind. Das Bad war gross, neu und sehr gut. Das Zimmer wesentlich grösser als in einem Hotel. Die Kissen sind sehr gut. Es gibt einen Ventilator, sonst hätte man es nicht überlebt bei der Hitze die wir hatten. Aber das Zimmer hat keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung. Die Haupteingangstür zum Haus ist mit einem Zahlencode zu öffnen, danach ist man im Hof. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und in der Strasse sind viele kleine Restaurants.

Das Bett könnte breiter sein, ist wahrscheinlich 140-150 cm. Die Bettdecke war zu dick, für Sommer. Der Kleiderschrank war klein mit nur einem Brett, ansonsten gab es keinerlei Schränke zum versorgen. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss. Von Montag bis Freitag ist ziemlich viel los in der Strasse, Nachts war es da nicht grad ruhig durch das gegenüberliegende Hotel und die Bauarbeiter und Lieferanten am Tag. Am Wochenende war es ruhig, die Restaurants haben am Wochenende alle geschlossen in der Strasse.

The room itself is fine. Bed was decent. Shower had good water pressure. Nice having a little kitchen.

Pre-stay communication was weird. I got a request to confirm my arrival time within an hour and that was it. I then arrived and there happened to be a couple guys from the building who helped me get in once I showed them the booking on my phone but that definitely wasn’t their job. I would have expected clearer instructions beforehand like the code to the outer door, how to get to the room itself (it’s not marked or obvious), the code for the key box, etc. As for the room itself, it was fine. Ground level so noisy outside. I turned the radiators all the way down but still was too hot. Nice to give coffee pods for the Nespresso machine but there were just 2 of them for a 2 night stay. We should be able to do a bit better than that.
