Whole appartment to rent - Not shared

Migliore posizione per Parigi, zona bellissima, centrale ben collegata con tutto. Appartamento molto carino, ben arredato, fornito di tutto il necessario.

Un po’ di rumore generale dei vicini, che parlano a voce alta e si sente tutto. E sopratutto una notte hanno urlato e litigato fino a mattina.

The location is perfect for a city trip. The flat is well equipped: wash machine, coffee machine, kettle etc. AND it’s very quiet.

Parking is not easy during the day time when shops are open. But you have easy access to public transportations.

Paid extra for AC but the “AC” is a fan that relies on .ice packs that need to be frozen first and constantly relished. Basically, it blows air over an ice pack to cool the air. But there was only 1 thawed ice pack when we arrived. It couldn’t cool a closet one degree let alone an apartment. So paid extra for AC and wasted that money. No sugar diet coffee so learned that the location, tho central, is not near ANY cafe, grocery, or mini market of any kind. Nearest store is probably 25’ walk round to, and it was another hotels restaurant, so awkwardly had to ask them for sugar. But the worst was the use of space. There are 2 large desks in the living room/sofa bed plus an unclenched something large in cardboard. Only place for bags was on the desks/table so if you’re 4 guests, you can’t really eat in the apartment unless on the bed. But the host kept their private large stocks of food in the main cabinet only to put kitchen pans (of which there were only 4 identical pots, no pas, nearly out of reach. The master bed frame is too tall and prevents opening of the window. And again, ridiculous attachment of cabinets-including a weird file cabinet, makes movement difficult. It could
