The apartment is modern, very well equipped with kitchen amenities. The location is OK - very close to the railway station, but bit of a walk to the town center. Parking is available in a large free parking lot not far from there (the description "paid parking on the street" could be updated with this.) Welcome gift pack (a small bottle of wine and some snacks) was appreciated.

The apartment was not cleaned well enough before our arrival. There were morsels everywhere - on the carpet, on the chairs and - worst of all - even on the couch bed we were supposed to sleep on. When I contacted Guest Ready about this, all I got was a generic answer from an A.I. which called herself Mary and said it "felt sorry about my problems". After 2 rounds of such correspondence with the AI we gave up and cleaned the room ourselves. Guest Ready several hours later contacted me with one more automated message - and when I replied to that, I finally got in contact with a real person, but by that time it was obviously too late. Having this experience, I will try to avoid Guest Ready and similar super-automated apartment rental systems in the future. They are trying to minimize costs for themselves, while not being really cheaper than "normal" staffed alternatives, and as a client it's just not worth the risk of not having access to short term remedy by being able to talk to someone nearby in case of any problems. Further notes: The apartment has a tube-like layout with just one window at the end, which makes the "bedroom" - which is in a closet by the entrance - stuffy and airless. With a lack of any meaningful towel dryers in the bathroom, we had to put the towels on top of the dirty shower wall. (Dirt was also prevalent in the apartment all around.) Only two small rolls of toilet paper was provided for a family of 3 for 3 nights, and only one single dishwasher tablet. I don't really understand the policy - with all the sewing kits and the gift wine provided, why being so frugal with what the client may actually need, and, for example, put some more TP in the bathroom cupboard?

The flat had everything that we needed. It was clean and comfortable.

The door code was a bit confusing, sometimes we had to try more than 5 times in a row to get the door to open. Instructions should be clearer as this can cause a bit of anxiety, especially on the first try on arrival.
