A localização é ótima. O apartamento está bem equipado, com exceção do sofá que não oferece conforto (quando nos sentámos, sentimos a estrutura rígida) e estava um pouco sujo.
A entrada do edifício (no interior) tem um cheiro desagradável e, no primeiro piso, o acesso ao apartamento faz-se por umas escadas que não estão sinalizadas e não têm luz, tornando-se perigoso, e difícil para quem tem carrinhos de bebé e pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. O proprietário não comunicou claramente e com antecedência as condições de entrada no apartamento, antecipou a hora de saída para as 10 horas (a reserva estava até às 11 horas) do dia 6 de junho, e não comunicou mais connosco, nem respondeu ao nosso e-mail a perguntar se haveria possibilidade de fazer check-out mais tarde.
