Township Registration #- 020502 Please Note: - Guests are responsible for all registration fees required by the Arrowhead Lake Community Association (ALCA). - Guest Registration: The HOA requires registration for this property. - A registration fee will be collected at the time of booking and is based on the number of guests, vehicles, and length of stay in accordance with ALCA guidelines. - Additional Charges: If any adjustments are required after booking due to changes in guest count, vehicles, or stay duration, the registration fee will be updated accordingly and any remaining balance will be charged separately. - Registrations within 3 days of arrival are permitted; however, a $100 late fee will be imposed for registrations made less than 3 days prior to arrival to comply with HOA processing timelines. No same-day registrations are allowed. The cut-off for next-day arrivals is 8:00 PM the day prior to arrival to allow adequate time for processing and information gathering. - Changes to guest or vehicle information must be submitted no later than two (2) days prior to arrival. Pet Policy: - Crate-trained pets only. - Only 2 pets per stay. - $75 per pet fee, charged after the booking, The pet fee is nonrefundable. - If you must leave your dog unattended, please make sure they are left in a crate. - If accidents happen, please promptly clean up after them! Cleaning materials are under the kitchen sink. - When you need to take your dog out, please make sure they are leashed. - Always pick up pet waste and discard it. - Pets should be quiet and not disturb the neighbors. - Please bring your pet care supplies such as food/water bowls, waste bags, crates, blankets, and leashes. Home Truths: - Please note: This home does not have a private pool. Guests have access to a communal/shared pool within the community. - This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community. - Guest must check in before 11 pm. - All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds when terminating your stay and brought to the dumpster. - There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community. - Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. - Before check-in, you will need to visit the rental office, ( 5 minutes from the entry gate) to get your community access QR code. Office closes at 10PM. Late arrivals, please contact us for arrangements. Rental office visit required next day. - This home does not have private trash collection, thus trash will have to be brought to the community compactor. - This home is under the Arrowhead Lakes community. Guest registration upon check-in is required. We will send more details about this requirement after the reservation is confirmed. Parking Details: Parking space can accommodate up to 4+ cars. --- The room configuration is as follows: Master Bedroom (2nd floor): 1 Queen bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2 (main floor): 1 Queen bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 3 (main floor): 2 Twin beds (sleep 2 total, 1 each) --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
