We mostly enjoyed our time at this community. We were 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 infants. The house size was the perfect size for us. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the yard as the grass was at knee height. We have kids and a blow up pool that we were unable to use as the grass was so high. Additionally, the home floors were not clean, our feet were black and our kids that crawl had black on their knees, hands and feet. Finally, we attempted early check in and had a question about the pool but after 3 emails received no response or communication from Yoojin, still to this day. She did respond after we sent our paperwork originally so I’m not sure why she stopped answering after that. The neighbors had 2 dogs that were outside yapping the entire evening as well. It sounded like a kennel and we are dog people. Definitely not the owners fault but it did effect our evening while grilling and sitting in the screen house.

This feedback is in no way towards the owners. The place itself was nice both indoors and out back. The major issues came with the ammenities. First it's a $12 per day per person fee for the pool. Although this included the kayak and paddle boat, you were not able to even get into the water due to high levels of Ecoli. Making the beach area unusable. The life gaurds at the pool literally had the whistles in their mouth the entire time and blowing the whitsle at every little thing. Wouldn't allow any pool toys for the kids. No jumping in the water, no splashing. On one of our days we got to the pool when it opened which isn't until 11:30 am which to me is pretty late. We were there for 1.5 hrs, when they made an annoucement that the pool was closing for an hour due to possible weather. Then after 5 mins they closed off the entire area for the day. No refunds and no cash only credit cards allowed and then you get charged the CC fee. Biggest headache was the line at the welcome center so you can get a pass to be used to come in and out of the community. This is great in theory, but when it takes over 3 minutes for each car to go through the gates due to someone needing to look in the camera and press the button it was the most annoying thing ever.
Unfortunatley, we will not be returning to the community for any future rentals.

Although the house is very nice, along with the property, it's not located in the best of neighborhoods. Many of the houses were run down, lawns were unkept, and trash scattered around. The neighbors next to us blasted loud music all afternoon and into the evening, and had three little dogs that barked constantly. Cars drove by all hours of the day and night blasting music. It was not peaceful at all.
The check in process was not smooth either. We waited in a very long for about 25-30 minutes, and once we got to the desk we learned the owner never forwarded the required HOA form we had filled out to the office, so we had to wait even longer to get in touch with the owner to get the form. The gate entry process is horrendous, you have to show your pass to the camera and basically wait for someone to see it and verify that you can enter.
I wish I could leave a better review, but all in all was very disappointed. The HOA needs to step it up and improve their check in process and clean up the neighborhood.
