Both bedrooms are set up for a real night's sleep: the primary has a queen, its own smart TV, and an en-suite bath, and the second bedroom also offers a queen with its own en-suite — plus a door onto the living area, so it doubles as a guest bath when you need it. Guests have access to the building's resort-style amenities: a seasonal pool with lounge seating, a BBQ area and fire pit, a well-equipped fitness center, and rooftop gathering areas with skyline views. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, with elevator access available. - Due to ongoing development in the area, you may experience nearby construction noise during your stay. Parking Details: - Parking is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis in the top-floor parking garage. No reserved parking. Guests can park in any spot that is not marked reserved. No parking pass required. - If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or If you have extra vehicles, additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
