This is a very peaceful and quiet residential area with such easy access to all the city has to offer.

Our "Movie Nights" themed townhome is perfect to feel at home in. Whether you're just stopping through, enjoying the city or having a night in, this cozy space is a great place to relax.
The living room has a twin bed and two fold down futons. The 40 in Roku TV or the pull down screen and projector are perfect ways to catch up on your favorite movies or shows!
The dining area seats 4 and has a great view of the screens. A half bath to the side.
Enjoy the full kitchen, just like home!
Upstairs there are two queen bedrooms, both with ensuite baths.

Amazing value and experience in this home! Very clean and easy to find in a safe part of town. Perfect location to easily walk or drive to downtown. The hosts are very friendly and responsive as well. Lots of room and everything you could need in the house. I would most definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town.

We had just the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family, and places to sit and relax. It was a great location for us to get around Nashville to our various appointments. The kitchen had adequate dishes and supplies. It was clean and in a safe neighborhood area, so we felt safe with our two young kids. The only minor changes could have been to make sure there were working batteries in all the TV and Roku remotes, and since our kids are young and wanted to take a bath, a stopper for at least one of the tubs would have been helpful. We did a little cooking while we were there. So it might have been nice to have some salt and pepper. But otherwise the cookware and dishes were clean and sufficient. The check in process was very easy and smooth, and it was nice to have a designated parking space right in front of the building.

We were not the typical clientele for this property. We were two middle aged couples who were visiting a son/nephew who lives in the West End. The location for the property was great which is why I booked it. The place was well worn with many issues. Broken faucets, shower head that dripped rather than sprayed, towels that were very old, tub doesn’t drain, and little to no furniture in the bedrooms. No place to put clothes other than in the closet. We enjoyed the screen and watching football games and movies but feel like the reviews we read were not indicative of the property.
