This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

The host was very responsive and the checkin was easy and convenient. The location felt very safe and secure. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The design of the unit is very well thought-out, and the balcony has a beautiful view of the West End Tower. The bed was very comfortable, and we rested very well. The location was very convenient to Vanderbilt Hospital and to restaurants on the West End. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Everything about the complex is wonderful. The pool, gym, and rooms are excellent pictures do the place justice. What you see is what you get! Perfect price thank you again.

First, the property is in a construction area. The unit exists in phase one. Future guests should prepare for a lot of road noise, even in overnight hours.
Second, you will only be issued ONE towel per person for the duration of your stay. This surprised me. Also, no kitchen sink towels or laundry pods for the washing machine.
Third, only 2 trash bags for your stay. Overall, our experience was satisfactory for our 5 day stay, but owners need to understand that VRBO patrons have higher expectations in these areas.
