La disponibilità del gestore, la posizione dell'appartamento davvero comoda per raggiungere il foro italico per le gare di tennis, la grandezza dell'appartamento e tutti i negozi/servizi nei dintorni.
Unica pecca è il rumore delle auto nel vicino incrocio. Le finestre danno sulla strada quindi fin dal mattino si può sentire il traffico. Di notte invece tutto molto tranquillo.
