La Casa di Fabio

Davvero un ottimo soggiorno. A partire dalla proprietaria di casa che si è subito dimostrata molto disponibile nei nostri confronti, per qualsiasi cosa le potevamo scrivere e avevamo subito una risposta. È la prima volta che troviamo una casa fornita di tutto, a partire dalla colazione lasciata da lei, l’olio per la cucina, i prodotti per il bagno e così via. Cosa non scontata e banale. Anche la posizione era molto comoda, meno di 20 minuti a piedi e si era a San Pietro. La metro da lì dista circa 10-15 minuti a piedi, abbiamo girato anche alla sera e il quartiere era piuttosto tranquillo e sempre molto affollato. È stato davvero un ottimo soggiorno, sicuramente ci ricorderemo della casa di Fabio se in futuro dovessimo tornare a Roma. Consigliatissimo!

L'appartamento è spazioso e dotato di quello che serve. Si trova a pochi passi dalla fermata dei bus e a circa 900m dalla metro e a 20 Min a piedi si raggiunge il Vaticano. In zona è fornito di supermercato, bar e locali dove poter gustare piatti tipici. All' appartamento si accede facendo qualche gradino e si mantiene sotto il livello della strada. Si gode di un buon silenzio perché l'edificio è situato in una piazzetta chiusa al traffico. I proprietari sono delle persone squisite veramente, disponibili e gentili fuori misura. La signora in particolare è attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti dal check in fino al checkout, esaudendo eventuali richieste fino alla fine.

Le finestre danno sulla strada ed essendo che l'appartamento rimane sotto al livello della strada non l'ho trovato molto comodo.

Laura is an absolutely magnificent host. She went above and beyond from the very start, allowing us to drop off our luggage before check-in, personally showing us around the apartment, and sharing her top recommendations for places to visit in Rome. She kept us updated with a message as soon as the flat was ready, and even left some lovely welcome amenities for our arrival. The location is also ideal. The apartment is just a short walk from the Vatican, and right downstairs you'll find a bus stop, a great café, and a traditional Italian supermarket. The apartment itself is just as wonderful. It comfortably sleeps up to four guests with three well-appointed beds (two single and one double). The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, a microwave, and an espresso capsule machine, everything you need to feel right at home. A nice bonus: the bookshelves are stocked with books and children's games, a thoughtful touch for families. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.

A few minor points for improvement: - The shower head had some dark limescale buildup around the nozzles. - The water heater was also a bit tricky, temperatures tended to swing between very hot and very cold. - Finally, there was a small amount of dust on the coat hangers in the main bedroom. That said, these are very minor details that didn't affect our overall wonderful experience.
