The room was exceptional! We had a great stay. It is near to restaurants and very accessible. It’s a home away from home!

The security guards was very helpful.

The communication was terrible. We did have some miscommunication. I did asked for early check in, they said its OK. When we arrived in manila @2.30am with kids, everyone was exhausted after long flights with No Philippines sim, limited WiFi. They sent me the door code and number of the unit but no authorisation letter from the person incharge which is very important for checking in otherwise the receptionist wouldn't let u in. So we waited in the lobby from 3.30am til 9am and because I don't have a Philippines sim card I have to asked the receptionist for a data so I can contact the person and been ringing the number they gave me for 6hrs and 30mins. So anyway after hundreds of ringing and messages we finally got in our unit. I laid down in our bedroom to have some rest after long flights and very stressful miscommunication after half an hr. My husband woke me up because the AC is leaking. My husband ended up sleeping on the wet side that night.

The location was very good it was near for everything, mall, hospital, SB and other things that you need. Room is also good 1 Master bedroom with own bathroom, 1 room with double decker bed and one maid quarters room, and its good for 8 to 10 persons. However, deep cleaning is needed small cockroaches are everywhere and dust. The caretaker is very accommodating Thanks Ate lisa.

Host ( Tom) is a bit rude when you call him he will always hung up even you are not done talking. He is grumpy. The check in process is nightmare. Imagine to fall in line for almost an hour and when we are at the front desk provided all the things that they need, all of the sudden host did not provided the authorization letter we still need to call him and ask for that damn letter. He could've provided that 1 day prior to avoid inconveniences. He is not responsive to any messages. Small cockroaches are everywhere in his place. Some of the facilities and amenities cannot be used for free you need to pay for swimming pool you need to pay 150 per head and 500 admin fee. Door in veranda can't open.
