The location was excellent, size of accommodation and cleanliness
To be honest having to leave. The front door was a bit tricky to open but we soon got it then was no problem.

Location in centre.
Very quiet.
Downstairs bathroom and only bathroom.
Not suitable for elderly or those with impairment.

Good location
The oven and microwave had not been cleaned so had to clean both before use, kitchen was tired, everything very basic, odd crockery etc. and only one wardrobe in property but that was full of the owners belongings, other rooms ok.
First night put on tv/Netflix but that wouldn't work after 9pm in fact it was then blocked ! likewise the broadband which became really poor like the house next door was using it and remaining evenings same problem, weak shower but bathroom was warm, back yard needs work !
Need to think more about your paying guests.
