The staff were friendly and helpful. They had a Zen vibe throughout the hotel and the staff were calm and kind(shout out to Ola!). The room was clean and simple- perfect if you’re spending your time exploring the city. The room was clean and modern with plugs to charge (USB and USBC). It was quite and you didn’t hear the bustle of the city. In beautiful Knightsbridge- this upper class neighbourhood had Harrods market right around the corner for food, a beautiful coffee shop beside the hotel, and a lovely little pub around the corner. The Tube is across the street which made it easy to get around the city and to Heathrow airport (no change of lines needed!). There is also plenty of bus routes near by! Very great hotel for central london

Clean and great location
Me and my sister both had rooms with our husbands. At 09:20 on the day of check out a cleaner entered my sisters room unannounced. She then wrapped my room door and proceeded to walk in. I closed the door and could hear her then knocking on the room next doo also. There is no need to walk in or wrap people up ahead of the check out time. I found this to be a huge inconvenience and a massive breach of privacy. My sister and her husband were just out of the shower and luckily she was in a towel. Surely housekeeping should be aware of who has actually departed the hotel.
