A lovely, cosy and luxurious hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were incredibly helpful and did everything to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Everyone from the reception desk staff, to the concierges to the maintenance people were all very friendly, helpful and made me feel appreciated as a guest. The rooms had beautiful decor and provided all the necessities needed for a good stay. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature of the room was good.
The room service breakfast food was a little bland. The air conditioning units within the hotel need a mass-upgrade - the first room I had checked into had an extremely loud air con, that sounded like a washing machine on a spin cycle. I would assume this upgrade is already in the plans for this hotel, but would be good to know for future stays as I do plan to return.
