The concierge staff could not have been more helpful with information about London, booking restaurants and assistance arriving and leaving the hotel. Absolutely outstanding service from Daniel, concierge extraordinaire.

Comfortable bed
Staff seemed badly trained. Disorganised. Expensive breakfast but the staff kept bringing the wrong things. Didn’t have the usual and wonderful Belmond vibe really disappointing not value for money
