L’emplacement, la modernité de l’appartement.
La saleté des parties communes, l’odeur de cigarette permanente du voisin de dessus, pas de clim (seulement des ventilateurs qui n’apportent pas assez de fraîcheur.

Het ruime en moderne appartement op een geweldige locatie in Aix en ook vlakbij 2 grote parkeergarages.
De omschrijving op Booking is niet correct. Er is GEEN airconditioning. Ook wordt niet vermeld dat er 40 onhandige tredes nodig om in je appartement te komen. Het sleutelkastje ligt op straat op de grond in de viezigheid, zeer onhygiënisch. Het contact met de host is een drama. Komt toezeggingen niet na (incheck info op het laatste moment, Wifi code pas op de 2e avond). En tot overmaat van ramp 12 uur zonder stroom gezeten en host onbereikbaar. Booking ingeschakeld en kregen ook geen contact. Pas na 11 uur bellen en berichten via Booking nam ze de telefoon op en zijn we telefonisch een uur bezig geweest om het probleem op te lossen. Een dag vakantie weggegooid.

Location was great, short walk to Cours Mirabeau, the markets, the Monoprix supermarket, La Rotonde for coffee and morning Cafe Gormond snacks a lunches. Very good central location to all the other historic areas by walking. We have explored Aix on a number of times in the last few years.
The arrival process at the apartment was totally unacceptable.
Jennifer had messaged me the details of the key being in a box and sent code.
Advised the key box was at the foot of the building etc.
We arrived after a long 5 hour drive from Barcelona.
Got to the apartment door ,,,,,,, NO KEYBOX. !!!
I Called Jennifer several times - we were in a panic, damn tired and very hot in 30+ Deg heat !!!!
VERY ANGRY at this stage and thinking what the hell are we going to do.
Eventually ,,,,,, Jennifer texted to say that she had already texted me that the keybox was located around the corner from the apartment. !!
I texted back this was Not True, she never told me this different address for the keybox.
No apologie from Jennifer !!!
Sorry Booking.Com but this was Totally Unacceptable and poor customer service.
I booked this apartment early 2025 so the customer reviews were very limited but rated highly. So I booked this apartment.
Now having seen more recent poor reviews, you have a real problem to fix or lose business.
If I had my time again I would have booked elsewhere.
